Several warning and indicator lamps will light up briefly as a functional check when the ignition is switched on. They will switch off after a few seconds.

What do the Golf Mk7 Lane Assist display symbols mean?
Green lane lines mean markings are detected and the system is ready. Yellow lane lines with a steering wheel mean the system is actively correcting. Grey lines mean no markings are detected.
