Removing
–  Remove C-pillar trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
   
–  Remove bolts -3-.
–  Remove engine sound generator control unit -J943--1- from side panel.
–  Release and disconnect electrical connector -2-.
Installing
Install in the reverse order of removal, observing the following:
Specified torques
→ Chapter „Overview of fitting locations – control units, rear“
