| Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331- |

Actuate “rear window wipe” function and allow wiper arm to
move to its end position. |

Remove ignition key, if inserted. |

Press together cap of rear window wiper
-1- in direction of arrow
-A-. |

Fold up cover cap in direction of arrow
-B- to unclip. |
| – |
Loosen hexagon nut (13 mm) without unscrewing it completely. |

Fit puller -T10369/5- to wiper arm -2-. |
| – |
Fit thrust piece -3- to wiper
shaft. |
| – |
Screw in bolt -1- until wiper
arm has been pulled off the wiper shaft. |

Unscrew nut -4- completely and
remove wiper arm. |
| Install in the reverse order of removal, observing the
following: |
