Note: the Volkswagen Golf Mk7 AC is working correctly if vent air is 7°C or below — this page gives the Climatronic test setup before reading circuit pressures.

Note Check the cooling performance. The air conditioning system is operating correctly if the air emerging from the vent on the dashboard is at a temperature of 7oC or less. Set the Climatronic to: “LO”. Set the air conditioning system: “AC” on; “max”; “cold”. Connections with valve and service connections for measuring and testing.
